Responsibilities:
– Welcome customers to our stores with warm greetings and exceptional customer service.
– Create memorable experiences by serving high-quality food and beverages tailored to customer specifications in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.
– Mentor and coach your team to effectively prioritize tasks and excel as Team Members.
– Monitor in-store inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for our customers.
– Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications:
– Proficiency in multi-tasking, performing repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, along with the ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist in lifting up to 40 pounds.
– Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for specific responsibilities.
