The Member Services Representative will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive experience for our members by delivering exemplary customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service.
– Manage front desk operations, which include:

– Checking members into the system efficiently.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.

– Contributing to the upkeep and cleanliness of the club environment.
