Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all sanitation standards and requirements throughout the year.
  • Achieve sales targets for memberships, gift cards, and service enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, service providers, sales associates, and management on a regular basis.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring the daily appointment book is balanced.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to helping others and promote the health benefits of regular spa visits.
  • Professionally greet clients during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Stay informed about special offers, products, services, and procedures relevant to Hand and Stone.
  • Adhere to Hand and Stone scripts for sales of memberships and gift cards.
  • Provide tailored recommendations for service enhancements.
  • Familiarize yourself with and perform Hand and Stone’s signature services.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records for all clients.
  • Engage with customers and the local community to drive sales growth.
  • Support management and service providers in tasks that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
