Job Title: Med Tech 2nd shift

Company: Homestead

Location: Marysville, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Med Tech 2nd shift” position in Marysville, MI, is relatively low compared to industry standards for similar roles. According to various sources, including job boards and salary databases, medical technicians in Michigan typically earn between $16 to $25 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific responsibilities. The rate of $15 may be more aligned with entry-level positions or areas with lower living costs, but it may not attract experienced candidates or those seeking through industry norms. Therefore, while it may fit for some lower-experience applicants, the compensation is not competitive within the broader market for med tech roles in the region.
