Position Overview:

  • Starting Salary: $17.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, including every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standard recipes and specific dietary requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to oversee all facets of food and supply management. This includes timely procurement of ingredients for meal preparation, proper storage of leftovers, and maintenance of inventory levels.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, the following experiences, strengths, and skills are essential:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in various positions within a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar establishment.
  • A strong understanding of sanitation practices and safe food handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with fellow restaurant team members.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and professional, with the capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient customer service skills are required.
