Job Description
Job Title: Laundry Aide/ Housekeeping Part Time 1st shift
Company: Greencroft Communities
Location: Walnut Creek, OH
Pay: $12.73 – 16.26 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12.73 to $16.26 for the role of “Laundry Aide/Housekeeping Part Time 1st shift” in Walnut Creek, OH, is somewhat competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar positions. According to recent data, the typical range for housekeeping and laundry aide roles in Ohio generally falls between $13 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as local cost of living, competition from nearby facilities, and the specific job requirements can influence pay, but this range may not fully align with the expectations for living wages in the area. As such, while the offered rate meets minimum wage requirements, it may not attract highly qualified candidates or reflect the increasing demand for workers in the service industry.
