Job Title: ´PT Caregiver/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly wage of $15 for a “PT Caregiver/Med Tech” role in Warren, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard. As of late 2023, the average pay for similar roles in the area typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as demand for caregivers, local cost of living, and the level of care required can influence these rates. Overall, while $15 may attract candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain quality staff in a market that increasingly values caregiver roles.
