We are currently seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven professionals to join our team at the Strongsville, Ohio Costco location. This is an excellent opportunity to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for nutritional supplements developed by Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

If you are a highly motivated individual who thrives on achieving goals, enjoys engaging with customers, and is recognized as a self-starter, we would love to hear from you! As a brand ambassador, you will receive training to effectively promote sales while demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our innovative Super Greens, Pure Colostrum Powder, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Magnesium, and various Turmeric products.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM; all days are available with weekends offering the highest commission potential. This position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work to supplement their income.

Compensation:

• Starting rate at $26 per hour, with bonuses available for exceeding sales quotas.
• W-2 employment status.
• A promotional kit will be provided, along with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
• Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, with our top performers exceeding $500 daily!

Bonus Structure:
Our offerings include four products at Costco, with typically three displayed at any given time. Below is an overview of the commission potential based on sales:

• Sell 30 Super Greens, receive $90 in commission.
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, earn $60 in commission.
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale), secure $15 in commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage with Costco members to promote the brands provided by our suppliers.
• Represent yourself and the company in a professional manner at Costco.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Stay updated on scheduling and communications from your manager.
• Attend regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional management.
• Ability to lift and transport a folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back after each shift, along with relevant products and demonstration supplies.
• Capability to stand for extended periods.
• Work independently without direct supervision, often as the sole team member at each location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and interact with customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with email and mobile devices.
