Responsibilities:
As a Resident Life Partner (caregiver), you will assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs), administer medications, serve meals, and perform laundry and light housekeeping tasks. Additionally, you will enhance the residents’ quality of life through both planned and spontaneous activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred
  • CNA/CENA/MA certification preferred but not required
  • Med Tech experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
