POSITION SUMMARY
Catch-a-Fire Pizza is actively seeking a committed full-time Guest Services team member. We are in search of a dedicated hospitality professional responsible for ensuring our guests receive the highest quality experience. The Guest Services Department encompasses various roles, including Host, Busser, Barback, and Runner. Part-time opportunities are also available. Please note that this position requires availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
– Serve as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Catch-a-Fire’s mission and company culture while adhering to policies and procedures
– Greet guests promptly and assist them in finding seating in dining and bar areas
– Escort guests to their seats and make appropriate recommendations for seating in the bar area
– Take carryout orders in person and over the phone, processing payments swiftly and addressing guest inquiries proactively to ensure satisfaction
– Efficiently manage the checkout process for carryout customers by coordinating orders
– Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our menu, answering guest queries and providing excellent customer service, including making tailored recommendations
– Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain cleanliness and organization by bussing all areas of the restaurant efficiently
– Understand our online ordering system and provide information on operational aspects such as hours, directions, and menus
– Complete opening and closing responsibilities to facilitate successful service, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking
– Perform additional side work duties, including polishing glassware and silverware, cleaning floors, sanitizing tables, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
– Acknowledge and express gratitude to all guests as they depart

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
