Job Title: Caregiver Burton Ohio Flexible Schedule

Company: Home Instead Senior Care

Location: Burton, OH

Pay: $16 – 19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $19 for a caregiver position in Burton, OH, is generally competitive but may vary based on specific factors such as experience, qualifications, and the responsibilities of the role. According to industry standards, caregiver wages can range from around $12 to $20 per hour nationally, with rates in Ohio typically falling within this spectrum. Considering the added benefit of a flexible schedule, which is often valued by workers in this field, the pay range appears reasonable, particularly for entry-level positions or those in less urban areas. Overall, while it aligns with regional expectations, the competitiveness ultimately depends on the specific demands of the job and local cost of living.
