Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Taylor, MI location at Fox Taylor CDJR. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our mission, "Working together moving people throughout life," by fostering trust and building long-term relationships with our valued customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with providing exceptional purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and delivering top-tier customer service to strengthen business relationships. We are looking for a Sales Consultant who is competitive, career-oriented, and innovative within a dynamic sales environment. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will thrive in this role. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of knowledge regarding our vehicles.
  • Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) for all vehicles.
  • Conducting professional and informative demonstrations of vehicle features.
  • Utilizing dealership systems to manage both pre- and post-sale follow-up, maintaining a robust client database.
  • Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
  • Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to the various points of interest within the dealership.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the showroom to ensure a diverse selection of vehicles is available and that the showroom remains presentable for customers.

  • Previous experience in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • A team-oriented mindset coupled with a high-energy personality.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as required.
  • Eagerness to learn about new products quickly.
