Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook who is dedicated to preparing and cooking food that meets our QSL standards. You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests through your passion and commitment to excellent culinary practices.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure that food presentation meets our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional prep work as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, service issues, and other concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to all food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior line cook experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
