Pay: $14.50 per hour

At Great Wolf, the Park Services Attendant plays a vital role in upholding the ambiance of our waterpark to ensure it meets and surpasses both Great Wolf and guest expectations. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area, which includes collecting and disposing of waste, removing soiled towels, and restocking the area with fresh towels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
– Promote a safe and professional workplace by adhering to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Great Wolf Resorts handbook and training materials.
– Maintain cleanliness throughout the Waterpark, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
– Engage with waterpark guests by greeting them, answering their inquiries, and responding to their requests.
– Execute routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to sustain the Waterpark’s cleanliness and orderly appearance, including cleaning decks and locker rooms.
– Ensure that windows and doorways remain free of fingerprints and smudges.
– Keep furniture and hard surfaces in public areas clean and organized; maintain floors free of debris and spills while emptying waste receptacles in public spaces.
– Clean and sanitize Waterpark restrooms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
– Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.

Desired Qualifications & Traits:
– Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
– Prior experience in sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
– Experience with safe handling and utilization of chemicals according to specified instructions.

Physical Requirements:
– Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
– Capable of pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
– Able to bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
– Able to stand for extended periods.
– Able to climb multiple flights of stairs daily.
– Comfortable working with chemicals according to safety guidelines.
