Job Description
Job Title: Dietary Aide/Server
Company: Briarfield Health Care Centers
Location: Youngstown, OH
Pay: $10.7 – 11.25 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.70 to $11.25 for a Dietary Aide/Server in Youngstown, OH, is somewhat below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and location. In Ohio, while entry-level positions may start around the lower end of this range, many employers offer competitive wages closer to $12 or higher, especially in urban settings. Given the cost of living and the demand for food service and healthcare support roles in the area, this pay scale may not be considered very competitive. Overall, it may attract applicants looking for entry-level positions or part-time work, but it could struggle to retain employees in a market that offers better compensation elsewhere.
