Key Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant occupies a pivotal position in delivering outstanding purchase experiences. In this role, you will engage with customers, provide consultations, utilize dealership systems for follow-up, and ensure the highest level of customer service to cultivate enduring business relationships. Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant who is competitive, career-oriented, and driven to innovate within a professional and dynamic sales environment. While no prior automotive sales experience is required, individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will thrive in this role. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Approaching, greeting, and offering assistance to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
  • Providing customers with detailed specification information (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all vehicles.
  • Conducting high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
  • Utilizing dealership systems to perform (pre and post) follow-up, thereby building and maintaining a client database.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
  • Ensuring adherence to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a robust selection of vehicles is available and that the showroom remains presentable for customers.

  • Prior experience in customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
