Allied Universal Security is currently seeking a Full-Time Security Shift Supervisor for a major automaker in Wayne, MI. Successful candidates will be required to complete Level 2 Training, which includes Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, and Hazardous Materials Training.

The Security Shift Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality services during a designated shift at an assigned client location. This role will serve as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers, while providing staff supervision on the assigned shift, including coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities include:
– Delivering excellent customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
– Responding to incidents and critical situations with calmness and problem-solving acumen.
– Conducting regular and random patrols of the business premises and perimeter, with varying conditions based on client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
– Candidates must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles, or 21 years of age for armed roles.
– A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or a minimum of five years of verifiable experience.
