Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant at our Grand Rapids, MI location, specifically at Fox Nissan. This role is integral to our vision of "Working together moving people throughout life" by fostering trust and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will hold a trusted position responsible for delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging and consulting with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and providing the highest level of customer service to nurture repeat business. We are looking for individuals who possess a competitive spirit, are career-focused, and are driven to innovate within a dynamic sales environment. No prior experience in automotive sales is required; we welcome candidates from backgrounds such as bartending, personal training, or hospitality. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain an exceptional standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications regarding vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and more.
• Conducting high-quality demonstrations of vehicle features in a professional manner.
• Utilizing dealership systems for comprehensive pre- and post-sale follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure a strong selection of vehicles and an always presentable environment for customers.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, delivering exceptional service.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• A team-oriented attitude coupled with a high-energy personality.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
