Job Summary
This position requires open availability on both weekend days.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage all front desk activities, which include but are not limited to:
– Answering incoming calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
– Checking identification and member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Assisting with necessary updates to members’ accounts.
– Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as required.
– Ensuring the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
– Monitoring the safety of club members and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment, such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment, to the Club Manager.
– Following the Lost and Found Policy by promptly turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements

Physical Demands

– Engaging in the dilution and cleaning with chemicals during shifts.
– Cleaning and sanitizing fitness equipment and commonly used surfaces in the club.
