Job Title: Driver – Part Time 1st Shift

Company: Hope Network

Location: Muskegon, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for the “Driver – Part Time 1st Shift” role in Muskegon, MI, is slightly below the average for similar positions in the region. According to national and local data, part-time drivers typically earn between $16 and $22 per hour, depending on experience, specific industry (e.g., logistics, rideshare), and demand in the area. Given the rising cost of living and competitive job market in Michigan, this rate may not be attractive to potential candidates, particularly when considering the physical demands and responsibilities often associated with driving roles. Therefore, the $15 per hour wage could be considered less competitive and may require reevaluation to attract and retain suitable talent.
