Fox Motors is seeking a Used Car Sales Consultant for our Comstock Park, Michigan location at Fox GMC. Key Responsibilities
The Used Car Sales Consultant is a pivotal role focused on delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, leveraging dealership systems for follow-up, and ensuring the highest level of customer service to cultivate lasting business relationships. We welcome candidates who are competitive, career-driven, and eager to innovate within a professional and dynamic sales environment. Prior experience in automotive sales is not required; we invite individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality to embark on their career with us. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product offerings to ensure a high level of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications regarding vehicle performance, safety, and benefits.
• Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for effective follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
• Maintaining a knowledgeable understanding of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various dealership points of interest.
• Assisting with showroom preparation to ensure a well-presented selection of vehicles.

• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
