We are currently seeking a highly organized and people-oriented professional to join our Front Office team for the second shift. The Front Office serves as the central hub of our operations, presenting a dynamic work environment where no two days are alike.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily responsibilities of the position and provide assistance as needed to ensure optimal service for guests and visitors.
- Respond to inquiries regarding operational procedures.
- Coordinate dining and hotel reservations.
- Operate the retail point-of-sale system.
- Facilitate the check-in process for hotel guests.
- Maintain a service-oriented management philosophy that directs staff toward achieving service excellence.
- Collaborate with team members to guarantee superior service to both guests and employees.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Front Office operations, including phone call management, reservation tracking, and proficiency in using computers.
- Basic accounting skills, particularly in cash management.
- Experience in retail environments.
Education:
- High school diploma.
