Job Summary
We seek a dedicated Line Cook who is passionate about preparing and cooking food to meet QSL standards. Your commitment to quality food preparation will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure that food presentation adheres to standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate when additional preparation work is necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, potential service issues, and other concerns as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, although not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
