Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food that meets our high QSL standards. Your commitment to quality and passion for food will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for each of our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation aligns with company standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional preparation as required.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, potential service challenges, and other operational matters.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior line cook experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
