Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Head Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our facilities are maintained with the utmost integrity and attention to detail. Your primary objective will be to create a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, which not only encourages them to return but also enhances our esteemed reputation. This position requires you to serve as Head Housekeeper for two days each week, providing relief for the Housekeeping Manager, along with being on call for three additional days as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and making beds
  • Inspect all guest rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s exceptional standards
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues within the rooms
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints with professionalism and patience
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and consumables, restocking as necessary
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a housekeeper or cleaner is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance
