Fox Motors is seeking a Used Car Product Specialist for our location at Fox Subaru in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will play a vital part in advancing our vision of "Working together to move people throughout life" by fostering trust and nurturing long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
The Used Car Product Specialist holds a position of trust in facilitating exceptional purchasing experiences. In this capacity, you will engage with customers, provide consultation, utilize dealership systems for effective follow-up, and deliver an outstanding level of customer service to cultivate lasting business connections. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming, greeting, and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety features, benefits, etc.) for all vehicles.
• Conducting professional and high-quality demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems to complete pre- and post-sale follow-ups and maintain a robust client database.
• Keeping abreast of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting with showroom preparation to ensure a strong selection of vehicles and a presentable environment for customers.

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles that emphasize exceptional service.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A team-oriented attitude complemented by a high-energy personality.
• Availability to work during days, nights, and weekends as necessary.
