Job Title: Line Cook

Company: OnTheFly Hospitality

Location: Athens, OH

Pay: $14 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $15 for a Line Cook in Athens, OH, is generally considered to be at or slightly below the average spectrum for this role in many areas of the United States. According to industry standards, line cooks typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, establishment type, and geographical location. In smaller cities or towns like Athens, wages tend to be lower due to the cost of living, which is also relatively modest. Therefore, while the offered rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract more experienced cooks who expect higher wages, particularly in a labor market that has seen increasing wage demands in the food service industry post-pandemic.
