Job Summary
We seek a Line Cook who is dedicated to preparing and cooking exceptional food that meets Quaker Steak & Lube’s high standards. Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in providing our guests with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to specified recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation aligns with our standards and remains visually appealing to guests.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for additional preparation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, potential service issues, and other operational matters.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, upholding proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Capability to lift and carry weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
