As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all products against our quality standards, and delivering these products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to support the restaurant and will be expected to perform other workstation duties as needed. Compliance with Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and operational standards, as outlined in the Operations Manual, PIZZAcademy, and Team Member Handbook, along with adherence to federal, state, and local laws, is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare your vehicle for delivery, familiarize yourself with the delivery area, check orders for quality and accuracy, and follow proper delivery procedures. Provide exceptional customer service through positive and professional interactions, both in person and over the phone, while applying a sense of urgency to all tasks. Additionally, perform assigned workstation activities, including preparing quality products and taking orders.
  • Collaborate as part of a team, ensuring punctuality for your shifts and supporting colleagues at other workstations while completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift. Uphold the company’s image by adhering to uniform and appearance standards, fostering an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and enjoyment.
  • Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, manage cash responsibly, and utilize the FOCUS System. Support sales efforts through suggestive selling to enhance the average order total, and distribute door hangers during each shift. Safeguard the company’s assets by maintaining well-organized, safe, and clean work areas, consistently adhering to safety and security standards.
