Job Title: Hotel Night Audit

Company: Nivea Hospitality

Location: Marysville, OH

Pay: $13 – 14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13-$14 for the role of “Hotel Night Audit” in Marysville, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale when compared to industry standards. According to various salary data sources, the average hourly wage for hotel night auditors in the U.S. typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on experience and location. Given that Marysville is a smaller city, local cost of living and competition can influence salaries; however, the offered rate may not be competitive enough to attract experienced candidates or retain quality staff, especially considering the responsibilities associated with the role, which often include balancing accounts, customer service, and managing overnight operations.
