AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $21.36 for a Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) in Detroit, MI, is generally competitive but may vary based on the specific employer, experience level, and job responsibilities. As of 2023, typical pay for warehouse associate positions in the Detroit area tends to range from $15 to $25 per hour, with factors like shift differential for second shifts and benefits influencing total compensation. Given that $21.36 is above the lower end of that range, it suggests a favorable position within local market standards, especially when considering Michigan’s cost of living and the demand for warehouse labor. However, it’s advisable to also consider additional factors such as benefits, job stability, and opportunities for advancement when evaluating overall competitiveness.
