Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Westland, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Westland, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the area and the industry. According to various salary resources, the typical hourly wage for resident aides and medical technicians generally ranges from $16 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, and specific duties. Additionally, factors such as cost of living adjustments and demand for healthcare workers in Michigan should be considered. Therefore, while $15 per hour may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not be competitive for those with experience or additional qualifications, potentially leading to higher turnover rates or difficulty attracting qualified candidates.
