Job description:
Required open availability on both weekend days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Greet members, prospective members, and guests by delivering exceptional customer service.
– Perform all front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
– Checking IDs and member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Managing updates required for members’ accounts.
– Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as necessary.
– Assisting in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
– Monitoring safety and cleanliness within the club environment.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and the gym floor.
– Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly turning in any lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

– Preferred background in customer service.
– Basic proficiency in computer use.

– Punctuality and reliability are essential.

– Engaging in dilution and cleaning with chemicals during shifts.
