Job Title: Sales and Catering Coordinator
Company: Hilton Garden Inn
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $17 – 19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 – $19 for a Sales and Catering Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. According to various salary data resources and industry reports, the average salary for similar roles typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific employer requirements. This suggests that the offered rate may not be competitive, particularly considering the cost of living in Cincinnati and the responsibilities tied to managing sales and catering functions, which often require strong organizational and customer service skills. Therefore, potential candidates might find better opportunities elsewhere for comparable or higher compensation.
