Responsibilities Include:

  • Inputting and managing contracted groups, events, and rooming lists
  • Overseeing billing processes for group, corporate, and catering services
  • Maintaining accurate and timely updates for reservations and event systems
  • Serving as the on-site contact for site tours and large group arrivals, as needed
  • Compiling and distributing the weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) packet to all internal departments
  • Managing incoming communication regarding group updates, changes, and requests
  • Finalizing group pickup numbers and completing post-event reports as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the hotel industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), with experience in Delphi and/or R&I being an advantage
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required
