What You Will Do:
Act as the welcoming, supportive face of our hotel for guests as they arrive and depart. Ensure extraordinary experiences for our diverse team members and guests through friendly and professional interactions. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Performing front desk duties such as checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, managing cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues.
- Assisting with breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, which includes food preparation, setup, guest service (hosting or bartending), and cleanup.
- Upholding high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality, thereby promoting the Drury culture to both customers and colleagues.
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by delivering courteous and friendly service with a +1 Service attitude.
