Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
– Create an enjoyable experience by serving high-quality food and beverages tailored to customer specifications in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.
– Mentor and coach team members to ensure effective task prioritization and teamwork.
– Monitor inventory in-store, ensuring products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available to customers.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications:
– Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist in lifting up to 40 pounds.
– Must be at least 18 years of age (Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for specific tasks).
