Job Description
Job Title: In Home Caregiver
Company: Honor
Location: Powell, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for an “In Home Caregiver” in Powell, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. According to data from various sources, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job postings, the average hourly wage for in-home caregivers typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour in many parts of the United States, with some variation based on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Given the cost of living in Ohio and the demand for caregiving services, this pay rate may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates, particularly considering the physical and emotional demands of the role.
