Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Utica, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” role in Utica, MI, is below the national average for similar caregiving positions, which typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While the cost of living in Michigan may influence wage standards, this rate may not fully reflect the skills and challenges associated with caregiving, especially during evening shifts when demand and responsibilities can be higher. Consequently, this compensation could be considered uncompetitive and may impact recruitment and retention of qualified caregivers in the area.
