Do you have a passion for helping children build confidence, strength, and coordination through the art of gymnastics? We are in search of an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced Gymnastics Coach to enhance our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging, structured gymnastics classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years, focusing on skill development, confidence building, and teamwork.
• Motivate and encourage students to explore new skills in a safe and supportive setting.
• Develop a stimulating learning atmosphere by utilizing our proprietary curriculum along with creative lesson plans and imaginative play.
• Assist in planning exciting events and programming, ensure facility maintenance, and provide support for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in weekly meetings, oversee staffing matters, and contribute to nurturing a positive culture while driving membership growth and promoting member retention.
• Ensure the safety of all children by properly spotting skills, setting up equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized gym environment.
• Engage with parents to provide constructive feedback, progress updates, and foster strong community relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to infuse energy and enthusiasm into every class and event.
• Participate in special events, birthday parties, and seasonal camps to extend The Little Gym magic to more children.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of coaching experience in gymnastics, cheer, or tumbling.
• A genuine passion for working with children and a strong understanding of child development.
• An energetic, fun-loving, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
• A team player who is coachable, motivated, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to spot and demonstrate basic to intermediate gymnastics skills (such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, rolls, walkovers, etc.).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.
