Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time Bartender to join our esteemed team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. In this role, you will be tasked with responsibly serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill drink orders from guests and staff, process payments, and provide correct change
• Mix beverages according to established recipes and company-standardized proportions
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verify identification when necessary, and comply with all alcohol service policies and procedures
• Accurately complete sales and inventory reports
• Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• A minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
• Proficient in cash handling and credit card processing
• Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems
• A high school diploma or GED is not required

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during peak periods

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends
