AREA PRACTICE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Patient Experience
- Manage and implement operational processes that ensure a brand-standard experience for patients.
- Develop and oversee clear communication strategies to provide superior follow-up for all patients.
- Uphold the highest clinical and service standards throughout every interaction within the organization.
- Monitor patient satisfaction through client survey initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development
- Participate actively in a working manager role, mentoring, staffing, and supporting the Practice Manager as needed.
- Recognize the critical role of talent in brand development—people are our most valuable asset.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain exceptional team members.
- Ensure understanding of staffing models to maintain adequate team coverage at all times.
- Foster a strong commitment to training, delegation, and empowerment.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Cultivate an energetic and optimistic team environment rooted in selflessness and collaboration.
- Develop personal and professional growth plans and regularly update job descriptions.
- Measure and enhance employee satisfaction.
Outreach and Brand Integration
- Embody and promote the Pinnacle brand with enthusiasm and integrity.
- Be accountable for the center’s growth in terms of P&L.
- Serve as a crucial resource and partner to partner site clinicians and owners.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization.
- Drive productive practice outreach and marketing initiatives through outside calls, continuing education sessions, lunch-and-learns, and conferences.
Financial Performance
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of analytics, employing forecasting models, regular reporting, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage daily budgets to ensure stringent financial controls.
- Oversee workforce costs and deployment effectively.
Data Integrity & Privacy
- Possess a high degree of technical proficiency with all operational systems.
- Ensure conformity with patient privacy and HIPAA guidelines and processes.
- Maintain the highest standards of accuracy in system data.
- Leverage technology to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in organizational development.
- 3-5 years of management experience in environments accountable for P&L and daily staffing oversight.
- Strong financial acumen and forecasting ability.
- Expertise in daily reporting and P&L management, focusing on achieving profitability and patient mix goals.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
- High level of customer service proficiency.
- Technologically adept.
- Clinical understanding relevant to dermatologic settings.
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Innovative mindset, capable of promoting operational and clinical efficiency to keep Pinnacle at the forefront of the industry.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
