Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift
Company: Homestead
Location: Shelby Township, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” role in Shelby Township, MI, is generally below the average for the home care industry in that region. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, with some positions offering even more based on experience and qualifications. Factors like demand for caregivers, the cost of living in Shelby Township, and the specific duties involved can influence competitiveness. While $15 might attract some candidates, it may struggle to retain experienced or highly qualified individuals, making it less competitive compared to similar roles in the area.
