Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated bartender to warmly welcome guests as they enter the bar, ensuring a memorable experience through exemplary hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages for both bar and dining room patrons, as well as crafting pizzas, while upholding quality service, adhering to recipes, and meeting operational standards. Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and establish personal connections to enhance guest relations.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the property and restaurant.
• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently during meal periods, directly at the bar or via servers for dining guests.
• Provide food and beverage service in a professional, courteous manner, adhering to established table service guidelines at the bar.
• Carry out shift duties including setup, stocking, product preparation, and bar area cleanup, maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
• Exhibit professionalism in attitude, demeanor, and cooperation with guests, colleagues, and management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of bartending experience preferred.
• Demonstrated good judgment and integrity.
• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English for effective communication with customers, managers, and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Sales skills are preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of addressing customer needs and resolving minor issues, involving management as necessary.
• Basic computational skills and familiarity with computer systems, including the use of a POS system.
• Physical capability to stand, sit, walk, climb, bend, crouch, twist, and reach for extended periods during shifts.
• Stamina to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. above eye level and balance food trays, as well as lift up to 40 lbs. intermittently throughout the workday.
• Must present a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
