Key Responsibilities:
– Job Scheduling & Coordination – Manage project timelines to ensure crews arrive on-site as scheduled.
– Material & Paint Orders – Order and monitor paint and supplies to maintain project schedules.
– Job Openings & Closures – Oversee proper site preparation at the beginning of projects and conduct final walkthroughs upon completion.
– Crew Supervision – Supervise painting teams to guarantee high-quality work and compliance with safety standards.
– Supply Management – Deliver supplies to job sites as necessary.
– Client Communication & Payment Collection – Build and maintain client relationships, address any concerns, and facilitate payment collection.
– Cost Control – Ensure that projects are completed within budget.

Skill Set, Experience, and Minimum Requirements:
– Over 3 years of experience in project supervision, ideally within the construction or painting sectors, including the management of multiple crews simultaneously
– Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
– General knowledge of painting CRM systems
– Valid Driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation
– Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
