Job description:

As the Warehouse Department Manager for our night shift, you will oversee the operations of our new, state-of-the-art 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse, which is stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial, and packaging products. Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the inbound department, encompassing receiving, stocking, transfers, and restocking activities.
  • Provide proactive leadership and development for warehouse team leaders, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Strategically develop schedules and operational plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
  • Ensure high accuracy levels and exceptional customer service in all departmental operations.
  • Analyze warehouse performance metrics and quality standards to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse setting is essential.
