The Columbus Regional Airport Authority is responsible for the management and operation of three key airports: the passenger-centric John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), the cargo-oriented Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK), and the general aviation facility at Bolton Field (TZR). To ensure a successful “Take Off,” you will be responsible for the following tasks:

– Oversee parking and valet operations to guarantee adherence to established policies and procedures, as well as compliance with contractual obligations.
– Execute monthly invoicing and billing processes for airlines, tenants, and the TSA related to employee parking utilizing the Workday Accounting system.
– Monitor, maintain, and report on the ezPark System.
– Track and manage cases of unable-to-pay customers.
– Conduct quarterly audits of parking and valet operations.
– Perform field audits related to parking and valet services.
– Develop, implement, and enforce written policies and procedures.
– Undertake additional related tasks as necessary.

Your landing will be smooth if you meet the following qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in ground transportation or a related field, such as hotel or hospital valet parking.
– Strong customer service skills.
– Availability to work Thursday and Friday evenings from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
– Capability to work outdoors and walk for the majority of the shift.
– Proficiency in organizing and maintaining both paper documents and electronic files.

Compensation: $22.00/hour, plus a shift differential.
