Job Title: Resident Aide/MedTech

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a Resident Aide/MedTech in Auburn Hills, MI, is generally considered low compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for similar roles in Michigan typically ranges from $17 to $22, depending on experience and specific responsibilities, with higher wages often observed in urban areas. This pay level may not attract qualified candidates, especially given the demanding nature of healthcare roles and the ongoing labor shortages in the sector.
