Job Summary:
As a Housekeeper, you will perform essential cleaning duties to ensure that facilities, such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, remain clean and organized. Your responsibilities will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality customer service by providing personalized attention to detail.
• Clean and maintain floors through sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as necessary.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings to maintain their appearance.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers, disposing of waste appropriately.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, bathtubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces to ensure clarity.
• Make beds and change linens as required.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to established guidelines.
• Address guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Respond to housekeeping issues, such as spills or broken glass.
• Contribute positively to team efforts by exhibiting professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
