You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while potentially being cross-trained to work in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

– Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Efficiently process customer purchases and returns, ensuring accurate change is provided according to established operating procedures.
– Promote our credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Uphold our merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
– Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Participate in store recovery efforts as needed throughout the day.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Openly provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
– Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support and engage in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
– Participate in safety awareness activities to maintain a secure environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
