Job description:
A management company is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, which include plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and other repairs to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy. This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in building or hotel maintenance and have a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, painting, and carpentry repairs. Additionally, applicants must own their tools, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a reliable vehicle. A strong emphasis on safety and dependability is essential. Please note that only candidates who successfully pass a background check, a BMV check, and a drug screening will be considered for this position.
